It's a nice looking product, and having a reusable filter is a bonus but I used a paper anyway. Don't expect it to stay white tho, even using bleach but that is a small issue, who's going to see it? I've only used it once, as it wasn't for me I had to test it worked because who ever delivered it had tossed the box over a 6 ft gate to my garden! It worked fine, the jug has a nice shape and fits well in the machine and most importantly the coffee was hot.(Read more)
